Who Needs Easy Care?
Easy Care is not a replacement for health insurance, but may be beneficial if you fall into one of the following categories:
- No Insurance
- College Student
- Military
- Kaiser Insurance
- Desire Convenience - One stop care at reasonable prices
- Chronic Diseases (i.e. Diabetes, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Depression, Pain, etc.) where you need regular check-ups to stay healthy and avoid Emergency Room
How Do I Enroll?
Stop by The Medical Corner nearest you. Signing up only takes a few minutes, and you can take advantage of Easy Care benefits at your very first visit. This includes your free annual check-up.
